The agreement

These terms are between you and WhyWrong. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add.

What WhyWrong does

WhyWrong is an AI tutor. It looks for the wrong rule behind a child's mistakes and teaches the idea underneath. It supports learning; it does not replace a teacher, and it does not do homework for the child.

AI can be wrong

The tutor is careful, but it can misread handwriting or make a mistake. If something looks off, check it with your child or tell us.

Your account

• Keep your password and your child's PIN private.
• Only upload your child's own schoolwork. Don't upload anything unlawful or anyone else's personal information.
• Don't copy, resell, or try to break the service.

Subscription and payment

Plans, prices, the free week, charging and cancellation are described on the pricing page and in our cancellation and refund policy. Payments are handled by PayPal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Schools

Schools and districts using WhyWrong through Clever are covered by their separate agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms for school accounts.

Ending

You can cancel and delete your account at any time from Parent settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Liability

We provide WhyWrong as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
